Joseph M. Bochenski, O.P., is considered to be one of the most prominent logicians of this century, deeply rooted in the rich Aristotelian-Thomistic tradition. He taught logic at the Angelicum in Rome and philosophy at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). He was also a visiting professor at the University of Notre Dame, the University of California at Los Angeles, the University of Kansas, and the University of Pittsburgh.
